From Our President. . .

Dear Fellow Playcrafters,

I am so excited to be writing to you as the newly elected president of Playcrafters. What an honor it is for me to be chosen to represent such a wonderful group of community-minded people. Since joining Playcrafters in 1980 I have come to admire and respect its members for their love of theatre, their community spirit, their dedication and commitment and for their talent. So it is with great pride and gratitude that I accepted this position.

I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge Jane Love our past president for her example of what a trusted servant should do and say. I will do my best to follow her fine example, knowing all the while that she has left a big pair of shoes to fill. Her commitment and dedication to Playcrafters has left a lasting impression upon me of just how this job should be approached. I am looking forward to following her example and am hopeful that I will be able to continue to set and achieve high standards for Playcrafters in the upcoming year. I look forward to implementing new and exciting ideas as well as maintaining tried and true practices established by my predecessors. I welcome any suggestions you might have to continue to make Playcrafters the great community theatre that is has been. I encourage each and every one of you to join me in making 2007 our best year yet!
Sincerely your trusted servant,
Bill Rudock
